Kia ora everybody its that time of year again, time to race! First events of the NZ XRace series, the Wairoa Extreme is back again, bigger and better. We have 2 flow days and a party this year so there’ll be way more wairoa-ing and way more fun for all of us! The Time-trial event will be held on Saturday (20th Feb) and the Head 2 Head event on Sunday (21st Feb), with the very talented Mel Parsons playing for us while we party at Okere Falls Store after the time-trial on the Saturday night. Waka Kayaks have joined us again this year, putting another boat up for grabs for a lucky competitor alongside many other sweet spot prizes.
Entry Fee: $75 (includes 2 days of racing, free entry into Mel Parsons gig, and spot prizes)
Event T shirts: Wairoa Extreme Race T-shirts are available for $25 (pre registration only). We will have a sample up on here shortly.
